SHIPPING POLICY 

DOMESTIC

 - Please allow between 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

-Coco Cherice Boutique ships all orders USPS priority mail.  All jewelry/accessory U.S orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should be delivered within 2-4 business days after ship date. At this time, we do not offer overnight shipping services.

-Hair Units ship USPS priority mail 9 business days after purchase. Shipping calculated upon check out. 

  - We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

INTERNATIONAL 

Canada + International Shipping

For Canada Orders please email me at lovecococherice@gmail.com for an estimate of shipping charges. I will then send you an invoice for the items you would like to purchase. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or your order will be canceled. 

 

International Orders can take 10-20 days to be received this included Canada. Please note that Coco Cherice cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in International Mail.

  -  PLEASE READ : All international packages can ONLY be tracked in the territories of the US. You will not see any additional tracking information once the packages leave the US. 

  - Please allow between 2-3 business days for your jewelry/accessory order to be processed and shipped out.

-For Wig Units please allow 9 business days for processing. 

  - All transit times exclude time in customs.

  - We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

  - It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.

 ** Please check with your local post office or the customs office for any import duties, local taxes, and handling charges that may be applied to your purchase. Please note that we do not determine any foreign duties or local taxes associated with imported packages.  

 ** Customers may get notified by the customs or local post office for customs clearance. Please make sure to contact them back immediately when you receive a notice from the customs. Non- contact can result in delay of delivery or even non-delivery.


**We are not responsible for undelivered or mis-delivered packages due to address incorrectly entered by customer. 

**We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
