Return Policy

Coco Cherice knows you'll love your goodies, but if an item arrives damaged or the fit is wrong, full priced purchases are eligible for a store credit only. Swim Wear and hair units however are non-refundable, and non-returnable, this is due to hygiene reasons. All sales on these items are FINAL.

SHIPPING POLICY 

DOMESTIC

♥ Cococherice Ships all orders out of California. All jewelry/accessory orders ship through the United States Postal Service by USPS Priority Mail which delivers within 3 to 5 business days after ship date.

♥ Cococherice Ships Monday Thru Friday excluding holidays. Tracking information will be sent directly to the email address you provided upon purchase within 2 business days of purchase. All U.S. orders include delivery confirmation. 

♥ Please allow between 9 business days for hair units to be shipped. 

♥ We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

INTERNATIONAL

♥ PLEASE READ : All international packages can ONLY be tracked in the territories of the US. You will not see any additional tracking information once the packages leave the US. 

 

♥  It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.

 ** Please check with your local post office or the customs office for any import duties, local taxes, and handling charges that may be applied to your purchase. Please note that we do not determine any foreign duties or local taxes associated with imported packages.  

 ** Customers may get notified by the customs or local post office for customs clearance. Please make sure to contact them back immediately when you receive a notice from the customs. Non- contact can result in delay of delivery or even non-delivery.


♥♥♥ We are not responsible for undelivered or mis-delivered packages due to address incorrectly entered by customer.

Items must be in new condition and in original packaging.  In the event this occurs, please contact me at lovecococherice@gmail.com with your order number and the name of the items you have an issue with.

Once processed, We will issue an authorization for a store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When using your store credit new shipping charges will apply.

Store credit will be issued only when we are contacted within 1 day of your delivery date. This will be verified through your Delivery Confirmation Date provided by the United States Postal Service.

International Orders are final sale, there are no exchanges or refunds.

When you place an order on Coco Cherice, you will be asked to enter your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. You are asked to provide this information so that we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing your personal information.
